Publication

The submitted papers will be peer reviewed by Technical Committee. The accepted and registered papers can be published in the ACM Conference Proceedings and be sent to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Important note to authors about ACM new open access publishing model

ACM has given ICPS conferences the option to cover article processing charges (APCs) for papers published in their proceedings by way of a single payment. The SEDM 2026 conference committee has chosen this option, and all papers will therefore be published open access at no cost to authors.

Publication Ethics: Plagiarism is strictly forbidden

Ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. So all submitted manuscripts should be original, unpublished, experimental and theoretical. If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, 1) the authors' supervisor and affiliated institution/university will be informed about their/his/her act of plagiarism; 2) the article will be rejected or be deleted from the final publications; 3) the authors' act of plagiarism will be reported to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

Submission

Authors are invited to submit papers using the online submission link. or by email at conf_sedm@163.com. Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Review Process:

1. Unbiased consideration is given to all manuscripts offered for inclusion in the SEDM 2026 proceedings regardless of race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the authors.
2. All submissions should be written in English and submit through our Online Submission System. Papers reporting original, unpublished research results and experiences are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, or they would be rejected instantly.
3. The paper format should follow the Template before submitting. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process and each paper will be reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers. The review results will be sent to the program chair.
4. If necessary revisions are required by the reviewers, then the revised articles should be submitted within 2 weeks and will be sent to review again by the initial reviewer(s). If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s), then the revised papers will be accepted by our conference. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings for publication.
